Operator is our one-stop service center dedicated to addressing your needs in your “home away from home”. Your in-room phone features a button labeled Operator that allows you to making a booking comment on our service and suggests places for you to eat.

You can press Operator for any of the following services, unless otherwise state.

An international ATM & Currency Exchange Machine are available by the main entrance of Lobby for your convenience; bring your passport to access the Currency Exchange machine.

Full Breakfast Buffet Experience at Atrium Cafe.

The Continental at Lobby Pavilion.

Breakfast Grab “N” Go at Gourmet Corner.

Breakfast on demand via ln-Room Dining.

Please dial 1741 for breakfast buffet reservations or press Operator for In-Room Dining.

Should you wish not be disturbed, please hang the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door. If you do not wish to receive any phone calls, please press Operator and inform the Call Agent of your request.

Check-In time is from 3:00pm.Check-Out time is at Noon. For late Check-Out arrangements, please dial 2230 to contact the Duty Manager.

Foreign exchange services for a limited variety of currencies are available at reception. Please dial extension 2200 for more information.

For additional bath towels, soap or other amenities, please contact operator.

For delivery of ice cubes to your room, please contact Operator.

To request an iron or ironing board, please contact operator.

For lost & found dial 2230 to contact the duty manager.

Please dial 2330 and let us know if you are expecting any parcels or mails, and if you are looking to send mail out, we are happy to coordinate shipment in our business center at 2500. You can also purchase stamps from our front desk, if you prefer.

Hotel on-site parking at RMB20 per hour, and in-house guest at a discounted rate of RMB120 per day (24 hours). Please collect your discount voucher from our Concierge Desk at the lobby level during your stay. For further information, please dial 2330 to contact our Operator.

For assistance on voltage/electricity, please contact operator. We provide 24 hours uninterrupted power supply from all in room sockets.

All hotel guests shall complete the identity registration at the check-in counter of hotel. Should any room booked by any guests being found have occupants not registered, such guests and the occupants shall be liable for compensation of hotel loss, including but not limited to penalty fees fined by the Public Security Bureau of China.
