THE KUNLUN JING AN INDUCTED INTO TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE HALL OF FAME

SHANGHAI, CHINA – 29, May, 2019 The Kunlun Jing An today announced that it has been recognised as a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame winner. The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to businesses that consistently earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. The “Hall of Fame” was created to honour those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

“As the first Kunlun brand hotel in Shanghai, we feel very proud to be awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2019.” said Gerd Knaust, General Manager of The Kunlun Jing An. “This year our celebration is double because we are inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’, which recognizes the hotels that have received Certificate of Excellence for five years in a row. Both accolades are not only a recognition to our hotel, but also to all our dedicated team members who strive to provide personalized experiences for each of our guests. We would also like to thank all our guests who took the time to put their experience to words because without them, it wasn’t possible to achieve this.”

“Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years is a remarkable feat. TripAdvisor is pleased to induct five-time award winners into the ‘Hall of Fame’,” said Neela Pal, Vice President of Brand, TripAdvisor. “This recognition allows us to publicly recognize businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travelers confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay, and explore.”

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
